Cherrybrook Station government owned land update

We wanted to let you know that we are finalising technical studies in response to community feedback and we now expect to submit the rezoning proposal for the government owned land at Cherrybrook Station to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment in early 2021.

We will be in touch again when the Department places the rezoning application on public exhibition. During the public exhibition you will be able to view the proposal and all of the reports and studies that informed it, including a detailed report on the outcomes of the community consultation. There will also be an opportunity for you to provide feedback to the Department.
