What's on
Coffee Connections women’s wellness and support circle
Second Wednesday of each month, from Wednesday 11 February
Coffee Connections is a warm, welcoming space where women come together to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a relaxed setting - with no pressure to speak and no expectations.
Held monthly at Bella Vista Pocket Park from 10.45am, Coffee Connections offers a safe space to listen, share, or simply be present, while building meaningful connections with other women aged 18 years-old and over in Northwest Sydney.
Each session is gently guided by an Australian Counselling Association-registered counsellor and includes conversation and tips on managing everyday life, alongside opportunities for open discussion and mutual support.
What to expect:
-
guided discussions on mindfulness, self-care, resilience, and empowerment
-
support around anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and life challenges
-
practical tools and tips for everyday wellbeing, including stress management and communication
-
a supportive, respectful circle focused on connection and shared experience.
Coffee Connections is designed to be welcoming and accessible – some women attend after their child’s Stage Door Performing Arts dance class, while others come specifically for the session. Both options are encouraged.
One complimentary barista-made coffee is provided by nearby The Stage Door Espresso, along with complimentary childcare provided for the duration of each session.
No registrations required – simply turn up.
