Tallawong Station Terry Road Precinct

The Terry Road Precinct is located at 93 Schofields Road, Rouse Hill and land on Cudgegong and Terry Road, Rouse Hill.  These sites are owned by Sydney Metro.

In June 2021 Landcom lodged a development application for subdivision to create lots and public roads for future residential development, open space and drainage. This includes the extension of Terry Road to Schofields Road.
