Invitation to Tender | Bella Vista B1.0
Landcom, on behalf of Sydney Metro, is seeking respondents to our Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Bella Vista Site B1.0 site. The subject site is located at 10–16 Mawson Avenue, Bella Vista NSW and is a future superlot to be delivered as part of Landcom’s Stage 1 subdivision works. The future lot will be bounded by Mawson Avenue to the east, Balmoral Road to the north, a future cul de sac to the south, and the Metro line to the west, and is located approximately 500 metres north of the northern concourse of Bella Vista Metro Station.
The future development of the site forms part of the Bella Vista Station Precinct which is transforming into a connected, liveable and green precinct, supported by integrated public transport connections, diverse housing options, and new open spaces.
The site’s land area is approximately *8,221m2.
