Landcom on behalf of, Sydney Metro, is seeking Invitation to Tender (ITT) from experienced respondents to acquire a high density superlot located at 242 - 244 Beecroft Road in Epping. The site offers the unique opportunity to create a new residential community in walking distance of Epping town centre, Epping Station and the Sydney Metro Interchange.
The site has a total land area of around 10,120m². A State Significant Development Application (SSD 8784) has been approved by the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment for a maximum residential gross floor area of 37,700m² and a maximum non-residential gross floor area of 1,000m².
There is a requirement to provide a minimum 5% of dwellings for Affordable Housing for a minimum of 10 years, and dedicated, transferred, or managed by a registered Community Housing Provider.Read more
- Location: The site is positioned in excellent walking distance to the Epping Station and the Epping town centre.
- Development approval: The site has an approved Concept State Significant Development Application for a mixed use development which will provide for a maximum 38,700m² of gross floor area, comprising up to 37,700m² of residential gross floor area and between 750 m² and 1000m² of non-residential gross floor area.
- Collaboration: The developer will work with a registered Community Housing Provider to provide a minimum 5% of Affordable Housing to meet community needs.
