Ready, Set, Play with Netball NSW

Monday 13 April and Tuesday 14 April

In the April school holidays, Landcom partnered with Community Migrant Resource Centre (CMRC) and Netball NSW to bring free netball sessions to Bella Vista Pocket Park.

Designed for children aged 5 to 12 years-old, these sessions focused on fun, movement and confidence, not competition. Activities included netball-inspired games, new skills, obstacle courses and creative challenges, which made them suitable for beginners and those wanting to try something new.

Monday 13 April
5 to 7 years-old, 8.30am – 11.30am

Tuesday 14 April
8 to 10 years-old, 8.30am – 11.30am
11 to 12 years-old, 12pm – 3pm

What to expect

• Three half-day sessions 

• Fun, inclusive and non-competitive activities

• Suitable for a range of abilities

• All equipment provided, including netball hoops

• Delivered in partnership with Netball NSW coaches
