Join us at Bella Vista Pocket Park for a FREE local art showcase and family fun day celebrating creativity, connection and community on Sunday 28 June from 11am to 3pm.
Over 10 weeks, Landcom partnered with the Community Migrant Resource Centre (CMRC) to host a welcoming, skill-building art program to Bella Vista Pocket Park – designed to nurture creativity, confidence and community connection whilst creating art.
Now, our artists are ready to showcase their final artworks at a Colour and Creativity local art showcase and family fun day.
Bring the family along for an afternoon filled with local art, community market stalls, food trucks, face painting and activities for all ages.

About ‘Colour and Creativity: A Drawing Journey’
The 10-week guided program explored drawing, colour and self-expression through coloured pencil and sketching. Participants were supported in developing drawing techniques while enjoying a relaxed, inclusive environment that celebrates creativity at every stage.
Led by qualified facilitators, including an art therapy counsellor for the women’s sessions, the program placed equal focus on artistic skill, personal expression and wellbeing.
