State Significant Development Application for Epping site being considered

Landcom has now finalised the Response to Submissions Report which has been submitted to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment for review. 

You can view the plans that were submitted, the submissions on the plans and Landcom's responses through the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment website: www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/major-projects/projects/11716

The Department will review the response and provide a determination on the concept proposal in mid 2020.
